I let myself go with my second pregnancy and gained 70lbs. After coming up with all the excuses for a year I finally got to work! It took me over a year to lose all my weight but i stayed consistent with my nutrition and exercise. It wasn’t easy but I never gave up! Looking back I can’t believe that was me! I pushed through all the excuses and feel fantastic! I weighed 215 in a size 16 and now 153 in a size 6! I’m strong and healthy!

The best part: I can do this workout anywhere (literally)! As a busy homeschool mom of 3 littles I have struggled how to fit in getting fit . . . but now I also have group accountability and motivation!
